Olive oil is the healthiest cooking oil.
The underlying point holds — olive oil has solid heart-disease evidence behind it (the PREDIMED trial found ~14% lower CVD risk per 25 g/day). But “healthiest” oversells it. Avocado and canola oils perform comparably on most metrics, and the “seed oils are poison” framing the video leans on isn't where the evidence lands.
